Lowered Gaze
How do you feel about having your submissive not look you in the eye? Do you prefer the lowered gaze in submission? When would it be appropriate for the submissive to look upon you then.
If you feel that lowered gaze isn’t your preference, why? What is the benefit of seeing into thier eyes?

Harumph! Don’t mind me I’m a curmudgeon. Eyes? again Harumph! Someone shows me respect in all their actions and manners not just the eyes. And its a two way dance with growing respect. I like to look in their eyes.
Downcast eyes are of course appropriate during times of meditaion and while punishment is being inflicted whether physical or psychological. However for the most part I rely upon my pet’s eyes to communicat a myriad of things that can not be expressed by words alone.
Her eyes reflect her level of comfort, excitement, security and willingness.
Also, she simply has lovely eyes.
I ove to look into the eyes because you can tell with experience that they are the mirror to the soul and when you lie yu can’t look in someones eyes yu advert them. So I want to see your eyes and when she looks away or try to avert them i know something is amiss..Yes the eyes can be very seductive and sensuous but they can also be very deceitful..
Without question I want to look into my darlin` slave’s eyes 90% of the time. As stated previously, downcast eyes have their place when the girl receives punishment or a scolding, but otherwise, her eyes are the windows to her soul and I want those windows open to me.
If my sub wants to show extra or covert respect (As in public)its fine! Can also mean I have some spinage in my teeth and she is trying hard not to laugh.
My Master and i had a difficult time with this because i had ‘learned’ to keep my eyes lowered at all times. He kept lifting my chin the first few days together.
